Description
Graduated with a Bachelor in Tropical Agriculture from PNGUNRE in 2014 and then a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from UOG in 2017. Left school in 2008 due to financial constraints when doing year 3 and was employed as a research technician (paraecologist ) at the New Guinea Binatang Research Center from 2009 to 2013 before completing my year 4 In 2014.
I am a kind of person who never gives up and the 4 years I was a blessing that see me able to pay my school fee come year 4. Again in 2017 I was selected for honors in biology but switched due to school fee problem and I have never given up my dream of being a researcher especially in entomology.
During my years a at Binatang Research Centre, I faced hardships too. My first-ever fortnight was K70 but the low wages never stopped me. I saved up and completed my school. In the field isome have spent time in very remote places and some landowners and researchers were difficult to work with but patience and proper dialogue is what took me through. I believe that success is the result of determination, patience and good communication. I have also worked with people from a different cultures both nationals and internationals and if you want a candidate with proper negotiation and problem solving skills, patient and determined, I can be your candidate. I can work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
I have helped researchers produced results and I am very determined to do my own research and see the results published. There’s a lot of candidates out there but only a few have the passion for research.
